- You may be contacted by unauthorized companies offering housing services for the 2012 CNS-SCN Annual Meeting. These companies will require non-refundable pre-payment and/or deposits, and reservations made through them are non-cancellable and changes are prohibited.
- Destination Toronto is the only authorized housing bureau for the 2012 CNS-SCN Annual Meeting. They require a credit card number only to hold the reservation and advance deposits and/or prepayments are not required. There is no charge for cancellations or changes. We strongly encourage delegates and exhibitors to use Destination Toronto for their hotel requirements.
